While most of Pilates exercises are done on floor mats, sometimes with the use of equipment, there are also specific pieces of apparatus exclusive to Pilates: Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair.

The main aim of all classes (both individual and group) is to work on muscle toning and posture.

Using a specific breathing exercises, this “body-mind” form of gymnastics, strengthens and stretches deep muscles and abdominals. The objective over the long term is “getting into shape” based on 6 core principles: concentration, centering, control, precision, flexibility and breathing.

After each session, you will feel good. In doing Pilates your body will become stronger, more supple and better coordinated which will help maintain your level of well-being as you grow older.
